Hello there! My name is Jesse and I’ve been through the struggle of having to quit smoking. As we all know, it’s a very hard process, harder for some than others.
So you might ask me? “Jesse, why did you create this blog?”
Well the true answer is because I overcame my addiction to cigarettes. I was smoking up to two packs a day, normally, which isn’t very good at all. Of course, there was the days for me to where I’d end up smoking three packs.
I finally started researching a lot about cigarettes. What they do to you, how they effect our bodies, how expensive and time consuming they can be, and much more.
So to me, the purpose of this blog is to help out as many people as I can in their hard journey to do one of the most self-rewarding things out there, to quit smoking. This blog is here to provide news, updates, tricks and tips on how to quit smoking, and much much more.
So if you’re a smoker that’s wanting to quit, then stay tuned to this blog, because once I get it rolling, it won’t stop.
I hope this blog will give many people insight and help them break the nasty habit of smoking. That is the main goal of this blog itself.
